Marketing & Sales Assistant for Backlink Building

Covatar is a US-based design studio that focuses on providing individual customers and businesses with high-quality graphic design and illustration services. We already worked with thousands of individuals across the United States and hundreds of companies, including big names such as Microsoft, Nasdaq, Workday, Spotify, and others.

Besides Covatar, we’re also running two more brands Nudsey and Sketchy Business. These subsidiaries focus on graphic design for specific groups of people and businesses.

We’re an international team of highly creative digital artists, graphic designers, and art directors. We love everything about graphic design and illustration - it’s our bread and butter.

We’re looking for our next hero, who will be assisting our marketing and sales teams with different routine tasks and activities.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Scraping and organizing data across different platforms
2. Prospecting potential customers on LinkedIn and other platforms
3. Helping with day-to-day tasks
4. Assisting other tea ---------- mbers with routine tasks
5. Assisting other tea ---------- mbers with the link building project

Requirements:
1. Must be available to complete a written test assignment related to job requirements
2. Must be able to meet English test interview via Zoom
3. 3+ years experience in customer service is a must
4. Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data
5. Excellent proficiency in writing English is required
6. The capability of multitasking and working on multiple projects at the same time
7. Strong time management skills, excellent verbal and communication skills
8. High level of attention to detail and strong follow-through
9. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
10. A Bachelor degree is required
11. Ability to fully commit 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
12. Must be an excellent researcher
13. Must have knowledge and experience in guest posting outreach
14. Must have knowledge in backlink building
15. Must have knowledge in looking for content gaps and pitching topics to prospects
16. Knowledge in HARO is considered a plus but is not required
