Client Case Manager

The Blueprint Company, a credit restoration company, is seeking to hire a Client Case Manager. The Case Manager will be professional, timely, and energetic - and will report directly to our Senior Client Case Manager. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Client correspondence
- Account analysis/Research
- Daily reporting and followup
- Working across departments

Please note that we are based in the US, and the schedule for this position is Eastern Standard time. The expected shift is 8 am - 4 pm.
