Hello! We would like to add a VERY experienced customer service and Shopify VA to manage our growing business.
Please answer:
1. What is, in your opinion, the definition of providing top notch customer service experience?
2. How would you rate your Shopify skill from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best?
Position Requirement:
Full Time
Monday to Friday: 8am to 3pm Pacific Standard Time
Must have excellent verbal/written English with correct grammar
Qualifications:
Extensive customer service background
Call centre experience or similar
Project management experience highly recommended
Stable internet connection
Primary tasks:
Customer Service
• Your primary task will be to communicate and understand customer needs in a timely and prompt manner by using Gmail
• You will be in charge responding to customers and handling the online chat system for the website using the Gorgias platform
Shopify & Task Management
• Shopify is the primary platform where you will process orders, upload products, fulfill tracking numbers and work on specific projects
• Clickup experience and familiarity is highly recommended as well to allow for better organizational workflow to handle tasks
• Slack is used for internal communication with tea
