Overview: We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be in charge of looking after our client’s experiences, managing team systems & processes, and providing administrative support directly to the team. Yes - this is a work from home role.
This position is on the front line of the business, meaning the impression you make is critical. You’ll need to demonstrate effective communication skills, a warm & friendly manner, and excellent written and spoken English. Above all, you must be super passionate about providing quality customer service to our clients and team.
Selection Criteria:
*High-level technical skills including desktop sharing, cloud services including Zoom, VoIP, Google Meet, knowledge of online calendars and scheduling, and experience using Google Suite including sheets and docs
*Experience with Airtable, Mailchimp, ManyChat, ScheduleOnce, Zapier is desirable
*Demonstrated excellent English verbal & written communication skills
*Strong time management skills, self motivation & discipline
*You see yourself as an A+ team player and you'll do whatever it takes to meet the needs of the team and clients
*You have a high sense of urgency
*You are available now
Location: You need to be able to work in AEST (Australian) time zone
Hours: Full time - you must not be working another job at the same time
Remuneration: Monthly
