Virtual Assistant – Reports Analyst (Data Expert)

What we are looking for: We need someone who is skilled at excel, detail oriented, loves numbers, will pull data and draft reports.

Reports Analyst (Data Expert) Qualifications/Skills:
Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems
Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow

General Qualifications:
- someone who can work US morning Pacific Time zone (eventually can move to flexi time)
- very responsive, timely responses to tea ---------- mbers
- highly organized with attention to detail
- asks questions
- team player
- ask for help when needed and willing to help others on the team
- be personable with an ability to connect with people

- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- access (and back up) to reliable internet and cell phone reception to perform job duties
- Home office environment

Compensation set at $7.00/hour
20 hours per month to start then we'll increase as needed
