Unload My Home purchases single and small multi-family properties in Jacksonville, FL. We are a semi-remote team and we are growing quickly. We are hungry to succeed and are looking for someone people with similar values to join our team. As a Remote Sales Agent, you will connect via phone with homeowners who are interested in selling their properties. Your sales acumen and ability to establish great relationships by phone are key to success in this role.

This is a full time (35-40 hrs per week) work-from home position with the freedom to CHOOSE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!

What you’ll be doing:

-On the phone. All-day. Talking with potential sellers.
-Qualifying prospects to see if we’re the right fit to help them.
-Focusing on building relationships with customers and building a sales pipeline; while some homeowners may not be ready to sell today, they may be ready in the future.
-Handing off qualified leads to the Acquisitions team with notes.
-Learning and perfecting our sales system for a minimum of 30 minutes each day that includes video training and role-playing on Zoom.

You are someone with:

-Exceptional English: you know the lingo, the colloquialisms, and slang.
-Exceptional hustle skills. This isn’t for the lazy. You know that your success is directly tied to your efforts.
-A drive to constantly improve sales skills.
-Strong people skills. Our clients come from all walks of life and are in different financial circumstances. You will need to be able to adjust your approach based on the client.
-1 -3 years of previous experience in a role that required you to be on the phone for 80% or more of the day.
-A quiet place to work, your own computer, and a strong wired internet connection
