HTML Page Creator

Looking for someone to create HTML pages that has PHP experience. Will be a simple one page site that a click funnel will lead. Will need content written and images added. Will be able to copy design and format from existing pages for other sites we have for other products. Priority given if you have familiarity with creating pages for affiliate marketing and click funnels and can make email HTML creatives as well.
