We are Bottomline Marketing Solutions and our goal is to TAKE OVER the world with quality services that range over digital marketing, sales, and remote services. We are now currently looking for another part of our team to perform as Phone Representative.

Working remotely and far from each other we have to be able to trust our team to be able to pull through whenever tasks are assigned to them and of course HONEST enough to tell us their concerns and blocks. This means that overtime we sort of build that high level of INTEGRITY and RESPECT with each other and we have DATA DRIVEN proof that each one of our tea ---------- mbers will do their roles well.


OFFER
What we can offer you is the chance towards success and a chance to improve and develop your skills towards your chosen role. Aside from that we support our tea ---------- mbers and set them up for success rather than just try to dump tasks with them. We are a very open team and we want you to communicate with us. You will undergo a 3 weeks paid training and after that we will assess if you're a good fit for the job. The pay for the training will be $100 if you show up and complete the training. After that there will be a pay increase as you will already be working with us.


SKILLS/PREREQUISITE
Since we are looking Phone Representatives trainees we are mostly leaning towards those who have drive and is hungry for success. As such, here are some of the base skills we are looking for:
-can FOLLOW directions
-willing to grind it out
-willing to learn new skills at a fast pace
-can do attitude
-can COMMUNICATE well
-Basic computer literacy
-great internet connection
-back up internet/power supply

JOB TYPE & WORKING SCHEDULE
This is a Full time role 40 hours/week. We use a program called ---------- to track your time and progress so if you are not comfortable then this is probably not for you.

For the schedule it is strictly EST time.
