As the lead role of Growth Marketing at EDISON BIO, you’ll focus on lead and demand generation of clients looking to extend their life and improve their health. We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer, with a growth hacker mindset. Through an agile approach, you’ll test and iterate quickly to determine the ideal mix of strategies to build out both our direct to consumer marketing and a national network of partnerships and influencers. You’ll drive our growth using rigorous customer and data analysis and tactics to unlock new channels, and grow existing ones. We believe in working fast, but smart, and achieving measurable results through creative, authentic strategies. This is your opportunity to join a fast growing team doing meaningful work.
You’ll report directly to the CEO to help guide the overall acquisition and engagement strategy, and to strengthen EDISON BIO’s role as an cutting edge service and thought leader. You will also have the opportunity to work across multiple brands serving different industries.

We are looking for people that would be EXCITED and have had experience doing the following: (don’t apply if you think this is not your dream job)
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and implement a range of growth, lead and demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on data analysis and systemic A/B testing
Develop and manage a roadmap of growth marketing experiments, establish initiative standard operating procedures to execute against and manage a team to ---------- tablish, lead and collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates and vendors (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. PPC, SEO, PR, partner, etc) and conversion rate optimization
Partner with the Product Team to define user onboarding journeys, and increase acquisition, retention and referrals across all funnel stages
Drive SEO and Content strategy, working alongside writing team, to improve organic search traffic
Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
Analyze, recommend and lead the implementation of improvement initiatives
Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes with respect to B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Enjoy learning about health, performance and longevity and teaching others about it.
Required Skills and Experiences:
5–7 years of marketing work experience with a background in lead generation, demand generation, customer acquisition and retention using creative and data driven approaches
3+ years of experience in growth marketing and scaling tech companies, ideally with experience in an early successful startup
A deep understanding of growth funnels and how to optimize at each stage with experience systematic A/B testing, CAC:LTV, ROAS, MQL, forecasting, google analytics, etc.
5 years experience in lead and demand ---------- cluding inbound and outbound marketing initiatives e.g. content marketing, SEO, Email, Paid, PR, etc. Proven marketing work experience - You must show links to your previous work.
Basic coding experience, in order to prioritize needs with product team and understand the lift of various initiatives (you won’t be coding, but should be comfortable making quick edits to landing pages through CMS platforms)
Professional writing skills are essential. You must be able to consistently match our brand's voice and deliver professional and engaging copy writing.
Very high attention to detail to uphold writing and design against our brand standards.
Thrives in a high-growth startup, managing a team, working cross functionally, and wearing multiple hats, is adaptable, versatile, and detail-oriented
Serve as a true marketing subject matter expert

Bonus skills/experience:
Luxury, high net worth marketing experience

E-commerce experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related
Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and media negotiations, ideally in a marketing agency environment.
