Job Title: Online Marketing Manager with an emphasis in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Type of Position: Full-Time

Work Time Zone: US EASTERN TIME 7 AM-4 PM

Daily Reporting and Accountability: A daily report will be submitted by the worker at the end of each day – this is done primarily through the software we use (Asana) which is very easy to use

Proposed Compensation: $350 - $400/mo to start with pay raise after first 3 - 6 months of working together successfully. Bonuses for milestones achieved also will be awarded!

Our company is growing quickly. We’re glad to say it’s all primarily through word-of-mouth! We specialize in working with small to mid-sized businesses and helping them market online.

We're looking for an experienced online marketing manager. Ideally, this person has the following qualifications:

• Fluent in English – this is the #1 most important attribute
• Comfortable emailing clients in the U.S. in English
• Confident in latest, ethical (white hat) SEO practices
• Video editing – is able to produce videos if needed; familiar with video editing software
• Video SEO/marketing – familiar with YouTube and other video sharing sites
• Familiar with WordPress – able to post blogs
• Familiar with Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Hootsuite, etc
• Ability to perform light SEO duties
• Ability to follow a clear checklist of items to do
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to create reports on a monthly basis
• Willing to be accountable for all work
• Willing to communicate any challenges encountered
• Willing to learn and improve at skills required for the job (learning tools & training resources will be provided)
• Desire to be part of a quickly growing company

All work done for this position is based on a checklist-based system. It’s very easy to follow. The person hired for this position will be communicating directly to the owner of the company. Clear open communication is a must.

While daily work is expected, the hours for this position are flexible. This position is long-term with plenty of room to grow. It’s also very rewarding as we’re able to directly help our clients grow their businesses! This is a great opportunity with a great company!
