Bilingual Virtual Assistant

Requirements:
- 6 months of Customer Service background in the BPO/Call Center industry
- Desktop/Laptop with at least 8th gen i3 and 8g of RAM
- Stable Internet Connection (10mbps or better
- Can work graveyard shifts and high demand conditions

Tasks:
to set Appointments for the client's members through webinar or Zoom
to manage appointments by setting reminders and to followup on members for missed appointments
to adhere to call number quota
to resolve general tasks
