We are growing and want to add one dynamite cold caller and appointment setter who can spearhead SMS text, cold calling, and skip trace campaigns to find real estate leads.

We buy fixer-uppers, fully remodel them and then rent them out. The ability to speak with little to no accent and the ability to write near-native level English is a MUST. We provide extensive training, support, and lead lists. You provide cold calling experience (Real Estate specific) Podio, Mojo Dialer, and Salesforce experience a ---------- pendable internet and "5-star" references are a must.

You will be joining a team of 43 people including 14 virtual tea ---------- mbers based in the Philippines. We pay weekly on time every time. The schedule is 8AM to 5PM US Eastern time zone and allows for a 1 hour break. The pay is $5 hr with BONUSES for closed deals. You must have a dedicated workspace, prior work from home experience, and dependable internet. These are 100% non-negotiable prerequisites to apply.
