JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented Marketing Media Manager who will be responsible for administering our social media accounts (primary focus being LinkedIn), including creating original content, writing copy for blogs, managing posts, and responding to enquiries. He/she will strategize and implement a social media engagement strategy that aligns with business goals across the target market and is expected to be updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. He/she should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

COVID-19 considerations: This position is a 100% work-from-home setup.

About You
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Media Manager is essential.
- Exceptional skill in copywriting, including use of hashtags, and SEO.
- Experience with managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok business pages.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Photo and video editing skills suitable for each platform.
- Professional and friendly communication skills with guests/followers.
- Fluent in English.

Duties
- Manage the day-to-day handling of our social media accounts across all involved platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram, TikTok, Vimeo, Youtube, etc.).
- Write copy and proof work to ensure high editorial standards for blog posts and LinkedIn articles.
- Plan content calendar by creating content in line with brand guidelines for owned social media channels including and not limited to advertising assets.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media, design tools, and applications to drive prospect acquisition, and engagement. And implement new features to develop brand awareness.
- Create connections and collaborations with influencers and other industry partners.
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between guests/followers, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
