Recruiter – experienced internal recruiter for technical roles 20hrs per week, 20k php per month

A homebased role, 20 hours per week to help find and employ Filipino technical staff for a growing enterprise. Working with a director of the company, help advertise, source and manage candidates, assess their suitability for the role and conduct skype interviews.

We are and Australian based company with staff employed in the Philippines. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with at least 5 years of experience working in recruitment.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of recruitment experience
Ability to work independently
Must provide own computer equipment and internet connection. Internet must be suitable for Skype.

Particulars

20,000php per month for 20 hours per week
4 weeks paid annual leave per year
Daytime & Semi flexible working hours
