We are a Maryland based home health care agency with a close-knit team looking to hire a an experienced recruiter with experience in healthcare to work on full cycle caregiver recruiting and creating systems for the business with a friendly personality to join our team. We view all company members as highly valued team players, working to grow the company together.
As a recruiter to hire caregivers, you will be posting job ads, sourcing, communicating with applicants, screening, qualifying, scheduling, conducting interviews, and onboarding with candidates for open job positions. We build relationships with our caregivers with the very first phone call- which is you! You will have a lot of interaction over the phone, instant messaging, and
WORK HOURS
The position is full-time (40 hours/week), working hours are Monday -Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST - (East Coast Time)
JOB DUTIES
• Post and/or refresh 1-2 new job ads daily: Monday to Friday
• Source candidates from Indeed, past applicant database (we have over 2,000), etc.
• Call,
interviews
• Remind applicants of interview and reschedule if needed
• Contact missed interview candidates to reschedule interview daily
• Contact dormant applicants & recruit from that group daily
• Assist applicants in completing assessments, applications, and hiring paperwork via Docusign
• Conference Call in for daily stand-up meetings (10:15 am EST) & weekly staff meetings every Monday 10:30 am -11:30
pm (EST)
• Analyze data from recruiting metrics and make adjustments accordingly to recruiting attempts (posting ads, sourcing,
rapport building, or other factors that affect the relationship with applicants)
• Stay up to date on recruiting trends & apply knowledge towards the role
• Research competitors and adjust recruiting techniques, so we remain competitive
• GOAL to hire 12 per month
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as Virtual Assistant Recruiter or relevant role; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Perfect or almost perfect English-speaking skills. Do not apply if you have a heavy accent.
• Strong writing skills
• Knowledge of what you can or can't ask when phoning screening applicants (basic HR laws of United States)
• 1-year recruiting experience
• 2 computers
• Wired, reliable, and high-speed internet connection (15-25mbps)
• Noise cancellation headset with microphone
• Quiet home or office space
