Data Scraper/Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

Use resources available on the internet to compile a list of commercial real estate properties that meet a certain criteria. Enter properties into designated excel spreadsheet and scrape the internet (specific platforms, county records, etc) to find very specific data regarding each property. Essentially, the task at hand will be to help real estate investors review properties in certain markets, and provide them with the data needed to contact property owners (address, email, phone number, etc).
