Senior Fullstack Redwood JS Engineer

About the Job:
We're looking for a Javascript Fullstack Developer to develop internal property management software.
We are starting our development team and have a fully funded startup looking to create the Minimal Viable Product from scratch. We have over 30 properties under management and are looking to add more.
The techstack as designed is Upgrade to see actual infoom the Redwood.js website: “Redwood includes deploy support for Netlify, Vercel, Upgrade to see actual info, AWS and Upgrade to see actual infoploy serverless or serverfull and scale from zero servers to a thousand. Built on React, GraphQL, and Prisma, with full TypeScript support, and Webpack/Babel ready to go with zero config. Redwood gives you the workflow you love, but with simple conventions and helpers to make your experience even better.”
Requirements:
• Candidates Living in PH Only.
• Advanced English level (be able to have calls and interviews in English)
• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer in the Javascript ecosystem.
• Strong experience in Node.js. & fullstack developer.
• Experience in React.js (or Angular).
• Hands-on with SQL databases (SQL Server, Timescale and MySQL)
• Knowledgeable in OOP, data structures and algorithms.
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience working with Azure services.
• .NET experience.
• Python experience.
• Docker experience.
Responsibilities:
• Main responsibility would be developing and maintaining company's backend services (Node.js) and frontend applications (React and/or Angular).
• If possible, help a small team of Upgrade to see actual infovelopers working on the frontend.
• Comply with coding standards and technical design.
• Adapts structured coding styles for easy review, testing and maintainability of the code.
• Integrate the developed functionality and/or component into a fully functional system.
• Ensure unit and integration level verification plan are in place and adheres to great quality of code at all time.
• Active participate in troubleshooting, debugging and updating current live system.
• Work closely with analysts, designers and other peer developers.

We are looking to begin our team to begin this exciting new project. The entire team will be remote PH development.
The schedule in the Philippines would be from 9PM to 5AM Manila PST.

Your expertise as a Fullstack Engineer will be vital to this project’s success.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years total experience programming complex business web applications in team environments.
Has advanced programming experience, feels comfortable leading, teaching, and mentoring up to 5 other people as a team lead, and can write excellent React frontend code for complex business web applications. Must have internet and computer in home.

Job Qualifications:
Must have experience working on complex interactive web applications that use React as the frontend. Ability to work from home productively.

Job role:
