TALENT ACQUISTION SOURCER

Webster & Webster Associates is seeking an experienced sourcer/researcher to identify and engage high-quality passive candidates for our search projects.

What You’ll Do
• Identify and engage passive candidates utilizing advanced internet search techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, resume databases and other creative online search techniques and resources)
• Work with internal recruiters to understand the position requirements and search parameters
• Build and manage candidate pipelines and campaigns with internal Applicant Tracking System
• Handle a high volume of search projects and prioritize workload
• Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPIs
• Conduct preliminary screening conversations to qualify prospective candidates
• Collaborate with candidates and coordinators to schedule interviews and gather interview feedback
• Promote exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

• You have strong internet research experience
• You are passionate about creative research and/or sourcing (preferred)
• You have the ability to identify and engage people and differentiate talent levels
• You are successful at working autonomously in a fast-paced/agile environment, and have the ability to shift focus quickly with changing priorities
• You have excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are process-oriented, data-driven, results-driven, self-motivated and enjoy a challenge
