Internet Specialist for a company that provides support to Holistic Healthcare Providers

I am looking for a person who can work full time.
These are the main tasks we need support with:

1. Editing Wordpress, possibly joomla Templates
2. SEO, Creating mini-nets, etc
3. Adwords/ facebook
4. Affilliate marketing / Article marketing

Ability to work with code is important!

Pay will start at 15000 php per month and goes up with performance.
We are willing to train someone to learn new skills if they are willing and able to learn and have proficiency in English speaking and writing, basic internet savvy.
