JUNIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Performs deployment of personnel during shift meeting. Communicates shift requirements and provide reminders to personnel regarding safety, quality and productivity.
• Conducts regular monitoring area and personnel during shift operation.
• Performs area safety assessment during regular inspection. Accomplish Behavior Observation System (BOS) and Full Time Employees (FTE).
• Checks compliance to daily production requirements. Accomplish production report.
• Performs reconciliation of finish goods (FG) and finishing supplies (FS) inventory. Need to analyze and correct variances between ERP (SAP/RTCIS) and actual inventory.
• Leads shift team in activities ensuring that set Quality objectives or KPI is achieved. Assigned KPI as follows:
• “Zero” occurrence of Quality incidents (QI) up to Significant Quality incidents (SQI). “Zero” occurrence of personnel red light behavior.
• “Zero occurrence of Safety incidence resulted to recordable incident, lost work days and fatality.
• “Zero” occurrence of machine delay related to manpower issue i.e, lack of manpower and non-qualified personnel.
• “Zero” occurrence of error on internal controls i.e., FG transfers scanning and material handling inventory.
• Support module owner in planning manpower schedule; ensure created schedule is communicated to all personnel. Ensure no occurrence of machine stop due to lack of manpower.
• Support team in creating operational and quality procedures. Ensure compliance to approve written procedures.
• Ensure implementation of standards specifically to material and product realization. Ensure that set area standards are communicated to subordinates for compliance.
• Ensure personnel compliance to company rules and regulation. Conduct regular coaching and feedback with personnel during deviation to house rule. Ensure that incidents are properly documented.
• Updates daily report to Module Owner and QA Owner regarding the operation and other issues and concerns
• Others activities that may be needed by the Operations.
• Inspects the line during start of the shift and checks for sanitation of workers and workplace, materials, machines and safety conformances of production crew
• Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Site Safety Officer.
