Hi there! My name is Richard Yu (You can find me here on Instagram: Upgrade to see actual info), and I am a business coach.

My business teaches people how to turn their knowledge, passions, and skills into successful online education businesses.

With all my social media platforms, my ultimate goal is to do one thing - serve others, love God, and love people.

I'm a strong man of Christian faith, and I'm looking for a detail-oriented rockstar to become our next Social Media Assistant. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you've ever seen before.

I know many of you apply for "VA" roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.

That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 5 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:
– if you have limited or zero experience with publishing content on social media (specifically FB and IG)
– if you are technologically challenged and aren’t good with using multiple platforms such as FB, IG, ActiveCampaign, Google Docs/Sheets/Forms, etc.
– If you do not have a HIGH attention to detail, this is not for you.
– If you just want to make some quick cash by working as a virtual assistant for a random company, this is not for you.
– If you cannot speak English fluently, and you type English with a lot of grammatical errors, this is not for you.
– If you don't like to take on new challenges, and push yourself to grow.
– If you are NOT willing to work on standard United States business hours times (9-5 PM CST), this is not for you.
– If you do not like to solve hard problems, this is not for you.
– If you do not have a WHATEVER IT TAKES attitude, this is not for you.
– If you are ever lost/confused about something, and you don't have a "I will figure this out" mindset, this is not for you.

WHO THIS IS FOR:
– If you have managed social media accounts before and have HIGH attention to detail to make sure everything is PERFECT (images, formatting, caption, line spacing, etc.)
– If you want to be part of a fast growing coaching business, that will influence thousands of peoples lives by helping them improve in their businesses.
--If you are a strong person of Christian faith, and are passionate about spreading the Word of God WHILE working your job, this is for you.
--If you have perfect English (If we have a Skype call, we'd have a perfectly normal English conversation), both in writing and speaking, this is for you.

--If you enjoy working in a fast-changing environment, where you will constantly be learning new things and taking on new challenges, this is for you.
--If you do not miss little details, and work hard to make sure every little detail is taken care of, this is for you.
--If you are willing and able to work on standard United States business hours (9-5 PM CST), this is for you.

Job Description

You will be doing a number of things (including, but not limited to):

1. Working with our copywriter to publish content across all of our social media channels (FB, IG, ,and ActiveCampaign for emails) - this includes IG stories, IG newsfeed posts, IG reels, IGTV videos, FB newsfeed posts, FB stories, and email broadcasts.

2. Double and triple-checking every post, story, reel, and video are PERFECTLY optimized when publishing (images, formatting, caption, line spacing, etc.)

3. Logging into our social media accounts and noting down performance in our Marketing KPI spreadsheet (replies, views, drop-off, etc.)

4. Identifying ways to improve our spreadsheet tracking by creating different data views (you MUST have experience with tracking and manipulating data on Google Sheets)

5. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you will lead a team of virtual employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and Upgrade to see actual infopensation

This job will start off at $5 USD/Hour, but there is a LOT of room to grow.

Again, if you are looking for quick money, this is NOT for you. Only for people who have a long term vision to grow with my company.

Please upload your 2-3 minute video as an UNLISTED Youtube video, and that it is NOT set to private.

TASK 2: I'd like for you to WRITE a 15-20 sentence paragraph. Read that again... 15-20 sentences. (Yes, I will be counting). Here is your prompt:

Please answer the following:
--Introduce yourself.
--Why are you the perfect fit?
--What do you hope to gain from this job?
--Now, tell me about a time in which you helped manage a social media account.
--Explain a time that you exercised a VERY high attention to detail.

TASK 3: Please attach a resume of your previous work experience.

**For task 2 and 3, MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE ON A GOOGLE DOCUMENT SET WITH PERMISSIONS SET TO VIEW ALL.

Once you are done with these 3 tasks, attach all of them into an email, and send the email to:

* P.S. Yes, by now, you've probably seen that I'm VERY serious about finding someone with great English. If you film a video of yourself, and I can tell English is difficult for you to communicate in, then this is NOT for you.
