My business teaches people how to turn their knowledge, passions, and skills into successful online education businesses.
With all my social media platforms, my ultimate goal is to do one thing - serve others, love God, and love people.
I'm a strong man of Christian faith, and I'm looking for a detail-oriented rockstar to become our next Social Media Assistant. This is a role that is UNLIKE anything you've ever seen before.
I know many of you apply for "VA" roles, where you never really form a strong, genuine relationship with your employer.
That is NOT the case here. I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working tea

– if you have limited or zero experience with publishing content on social media (specifically FB and IG)
– if you are technologically challenged and aren’t good with using multiple platforms such as Youtube, IG, TikTok, Google Docs/Sheets/Forms, etc.
– If you do not have a HIGH attention to detail, this is not for you.
– If you just want to make some quick cash by working as a virtual assistant for a random company, this is not for you.
– If you cannot speak English fluently, and you type English with a lot of grammatical errors, this is not for you.
– If you don't like to take on new challenges, and push yourself to grow.
– If you are NOT willing to work on standard United States business hours times (9-5 PM CST), this is not for you.
– If you do not like to solve hard problems, this is not for you.
– If you do not have a WHATEVER IT TAKES attitude, this is not for you.
– If you are ever lost/confused about something, and you don't have a "I will figure this out" mindset, this is not for you.

– If you have managed social media accounts before and have HIGH attention to detail to make sure everything is PERFECT (Getting content to go viral, Hashtags, Captions.)

Job Description
You will be doing a number of things (including, but not limited to):
1. Double and triple-checking every post, story, reel, and video are PERFECTLY optimized when publishing (images, formatting, caption, line spacing, etc.)
3. Logging into our social media accounts and noting down performance in our Marketing KPI spreadsheet (replies, views, drop-off, etc.)
4. Identifying ways to improve our spreadsheet tracking by creating different data views (you MUST have experience with tracking and manipulating data on Google Sheets)
5. Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you will lead a team of virtual employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and
This job will start off at $5 USD/Hour, but there is a LOT of room to grow.
