Role: As a Virtual Assistant within our team, you are the leader of the products that are added to our shops. As a VA, you can quickly connect with the people in our team and you are prepared to take over the entire product process from A-Z. Dropshipping is known for easily testing new products at a rapid pace. Therefore, it is important that our shop has new products ready daily so that we can achieve consistent sales every month. As a full-time Virtual Assistant, you are therefore not afraid of this challenge and you know exactly how to Upgrade to see actual infoom copyrighting to finding product photos to importing the product at the right prices, nothing is too crazy for you.

Responsibilities:
set up 3-5 products every day
you follow the rules of our copywriting strategy
you know how to import the product with the right prices to our Shopify Store
Use your own creativity to find/edit the best product images for our products
Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of our team
Be able to translate the product page to every language using DeepL
After you are done creating the entire product page you will source the product from our supplier

Results
set up 3-5 products every day - you’ll take over the whole process, from importing the product to writing the product description and setting up the right prices
achieve targeted KPI’s
communicate with us on a daily basis to ensure everything goes right.

Requirements
Happy working at tasks on your own
Not afraid to ask questions
Attention to detail (eg. ensuring product descriptions are formatted neatly)
Proofread your own content - before ticking off the job as complete
IT literate
Knowledge of Shopify
Access to photoshop/canva for basic tasks would be an advantage
your daily talks should be finished around 4 pm Manilla time
Happy working and communicating with and in our team :)

Training will be provided

We are looking for the perfect candidate that can work around 30/40 hours a week on 5 days and that creates amazing product pages.
