SEO Publishing Assistant

We are looking for one highly-motivated and educated individual to join our SEO blog content
production team.

If selected, your mission will be to consistently create the best educational content on the
internet in the real estate investing niche on our website and help solidify our brand as the #1
authority for all things real estate investing.

You will be an integral team member working side-by-side with the owners and groomed into an
SEO content-producing expert.

This is a 100% virtual, full-time position with room to grow.

We don’t expect you to know everything about real estate investing or SEO and blogging.
What we do expect is that you possess very strong English communication skills, leadership
abilities, project management skills, a strong drive, curiosity to learn, ability to execute
independently, and a positive “do whatever it takes” attitude.

You must be willing to follow our systems and processes, learn all about SEO, blogging, and
real estate investing. We are looking for a self-starter with a growth-mindset, who is able to
produce results on a consistent basis with a high level of integrity.

Job Responsibilities Include:
? Hiring and leading a team of writers and virtual team members
? Proofreading and editing blog articles using our SEO best practices
? Publishing multiple, well-researched, long-form articles on our blog every week
? Understanding and implementing our SEO best practices and guidelines
? Creating SEO content briefs / outlines
? Auditing and updating old blog articles
? Managing a blog content calendar
? Assisting with various administrative tasks
? Creating original, educational graphics in Canva
? Working remotely with a team and independently
? Keyword Research

? Real estate investing experience and/or intimate knowledge of real estate
? Extreme attention to detail, especially grammatical and punctuation
? Research and educational writing abilities
? Proofreading abilities
? Able to manage multiple projects with many moving pieces
? Ability to hire, lead, and manage multiple virtual contractors
? Experience writing articles, blogs, or other long-form English written materials
? Strong desire to learn about Google SEO, blog writing, and real estate investing
? Coachable, able to take critical feedback, and willing to improve their own skills
? Ability to follow AND create processes. “Systems-focused” thinking
? Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
? Must have your own laptop and strong internet connection
The following skills are highly favored but not required:
? Real estate license or real estate industry certifications
? Experience managing blog content for brands
? Experience managing writers and managing a content calendar
? Experience creating custom images in Canva or other software.
? Tech savvy: Experience in Wordpress, Kajabi, Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, Word.
? Experience with SEO, including tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics
