POSITION OVERVIEW
AVADA is a Shopify App Provider. Customer success officer works as a vital part of AVADA Customer Success team. The position focuses on bringing extra massive value to our customers by helping them onboard, using our apps easily, and working with different departments (technical, sales, accounting,...) to resolve any customer's problems and queries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support customers via the live chat system.
- Submitting technical issues to the technical department via Helpdesk.
- Listen to customers’ feedback, propose changes/improvement solutions to customer success leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Having at least 1-year experience in Customer Support for Shopify App Providers is preferred but not obligated
- Having experience working for Shopify stores (manage stores, customer support for store)
- Have a strong command of English especially reading and writing skills
- Holding an IELTS or TOEIC certificate with at least 6.5 or 750 respectively is strongly preferred
- Have a good sense of customer service.
- Have a great attitude towards learning new things, be a good listener and an excellent communicator.
