Web Programmer and Web Designer Needed!!

In need of a programmer to design a social networking website with a musical focus. Must be able to incorporate video aspects, private pages, payment portals, advertising spaces for ad rotation, include API from major social network including Facebook Fan pages, Twitter, Ping, etc. The ability to have viewers vote on items to move them up a hierarchy.

Winning candidate must sign a non disclosure contract !!

Looking for someone fast, accurate, dependable, and reliable, and of course skilled to add input on the direction of the creation and functionality of the website.

Candidate must be able to set project milestones and show working progress of the site.
