JOB OVERVIEW

I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to join my Customer Service Team to help with my Shopify stores.

Training on our processes will be provided and compensated. Although this position is for part-time work, it could turn into a full-time position later depending on performance and the need.

The job will require you to answer and respond to all incoming email inquiries & questions from customers on our website using ZENDESK. You will be checking the order status using SHOPIFY.

If you DON'T HAVE previous experience using ZENDESK and SHOPIFY, please DO NOT apply.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Respond to customer email inquiries about their orders or issues pertaining to their orders within 24 hours
- Update customers on the tracking status of their order(s)
- Coordinate with suppliers for order fulfillment issues
- Manage store reviews on social media pages if needed

Qualifications
- Hardworking
- Detail-Oriented
- Fluent in both English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must be a quick learner and able to work in a team
- Great communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in multi-tasking, time management, and organized
- Knowledge in using MS Office and Google Suite apps
- Must have a reliable PC and Internet connection
