We need a full-time Customer Care specialist to join our team to help us care for our new clients and support them in their programs.
What You'll Do...
===Key Responsibilities===
Ensure customers needs are met in a timely and professional manner
Engage with customer issues, investigate and resolve in a prompt manner
Actively handle a high volume of
Support Community Managers, Product Directors and online events
Liaise with internal teams to resolve and deliver solutions
Proactively work to and exceed individual KPI targets

Must be open to rotating shift roster that may include late shift and weekends
===Skills and Experience===
Must have Customer Service experience
Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem solving skill and ability to think through issues to find creative solutions
Ability to think outside the box
Fast learner who can pick up new ideas, and product knowledge rapidly
Can juggle and gain agreement on diverse needs and priorities of business stakeholders
A true team player who can work well independently
