Real Estate VA

Hello, my company Good Neighbor Venture, LLC is looking for a VA to work with us in our Real Estate Wholesale and Fix and Flip business. You would be trained on our system and procedures. We do all of the list pulling and data input, you will not do this. Your job would be to manage our system and respond to emails and phone calls in real time Monday-Friday. While communicating with our leads your goal will be to schedule an appointment for our Acquisition team. Very simple, one system and only responding to SMS, and Phone Calls. Outbound calls only.

Requirements:
Must Be Available up to 25 Hours Weekly 10AM-3PM EST. MUST Have Clear American Accent & Proper Grammar When Using SMS/Text. We will train you on our system, and what verbiage to use when communicating with the sellers. If all goes well after a 30 day probationary period we will increase work load and pay. We are looking to have someone start working up to 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Totaling up to 25 hours weekly.

Pay During First 30 Days:
$5 an hour, Plus $10 for every appointment set.

After 30 Day Probation:
Pay will increase to $6 an hour, Plus $10 for every appointment set, and $200 for every deal that we close on.
