Email Marketer for Inclusive Anime Clothing Brand

MOEFLAVOR is an anime inspired lingerie and clothing brand that develops original designs with a large size range. We believe all body types should feel empowered to step into a new and exciting identity. We're passionate in creating designs that help people embrace their originality. We hope to inspire people to be who they always wanted to become.
Responsibilities:
Setup, send out, and manage campaigns for email (3 times a week), SMS, and push notifications
Communicate with a graphic designer to create visually appealing emails
Track and ensure high open rates
Provide feedback, ideas, and new strategies to increase engagement and revenue
Create persuasive sales copy. Create variations of it to increase email engagement
Create KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly

Skills:
2+ years of experience in email marketing for an eCommerce brand
Have knowledge and experience using Klaviyo
SMS marketing experience
Knowledge of A/B testing strategies
Enjoys writing for a female audience
Researches and stays up to date with trends
Great communication
Highly motivated
