Accountant needed

I have 3 corporations that are behind on year ends across a couple of years. I need to transfer all bank expenses to a CSV sheet for the 2 of dormant companies.
I need to reconcile all of the expenses in Xero for the main company.
Once this is done my main accountant in Canada, who works freelance, will be able to file the year ends with the CRA in Canada.

Once this is complete, there will be a couple of hours per week of reconciliation and making sure that all CRA submissions are done coordinating with our main accountant.

Experience with Canadian corporations is preferred. Experience with Xero required.
