capable customer support person that is willing to deliver customer support in the European markets

(Germany, Austria etc.). For this position we're looking for a hire with the following qualities and

characteristics: 

- Fluent in German and English/French 

- Excellent oral communication and written skills to help our customers 

- Strong multitasking abilities to manage phone, chat and email communication 

- Passionate about pets
