Junior Acquisition Manager - Data & Mailing Specialist

We buy and sell hundreds of parcels every year and are dedicated to bringing a piece of the American dream to everyday people by allowing them to buy land at affordable prices! We are looking for a candidate who is willing to hustle, who is hungry and loves real estate!

What You Will Be Doing:
• Researching viable areas we should be buying and selling land in using public websites and paid software and internal procedures.
• Completing internal due diligence worksheets to compare areas against each other.
• Scrape active, pending, and sold listings to calculate market value for each area – the comps.
• Pull owner lists in each area from paid software programs.
• Scrub lists to remove duplicate owners, duplicate addresses, incomplete owners, etc.
• Compile all the above information and input prices to offer each owner in a master spreadsheet.
• Gather due diligence on new properties acquired from websites and/or calling the county.
• Any other office tasks you can help us accomplish!

What Skills & Traits Will You Need to Succeed:
• Must be very detail oriented and organized!
• Strong communication skills and a great attitude is a must
• Above average Excel skills a must.
• Strong computer, software and internet skills – especially with MS Office.
• No degree required, but any related degree a big plus!
