Our company makes bedding and home decor products (think comforters, duvet covers, quilts, pillows, ceramic dinnerware, etc.). We are based in Dallas, Texas and design all of our products here in Dallas! We've been in business since 2005 and have been growing every year. We sell to both business customers (like department stores and bedding stores) as well as direct to consumer.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST
We're looking for an eCommerce Specialist to help us manage and optimize our growing eComm business! As an eComm Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product catalog across our various eComm channels, including our owned website (built on Shopify), Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, Wayfair, Overstock and more. You will manage listings, optimize product visibility, analyze data and identify marketplace opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, detail-oriented self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to optimize performance across our eComm accounts and stays on top of industry best practices and the competitive landscape.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage SKU setup and product page build across our partner channels; maintain integrity and accessibility of our catalog across all partner channels to ensure correct merchandise mix, product information and pricing for maximum product surfacing and profitability
- Conduct periodic site audits to ensure that our product catalog is optimized and accurate
- Coordinate with our creative and supply chain teams to create and update comprehensive product descriptions, technical specifications and effective visual presentation of products
- Work with the eComm team to improve conversion rates, order frequency, and traffic acquisition in order to maximize overall margin and profitability
- Ensure all products have enhanced content/A+ pages and updates to content are made across all products and channels
- Prepare keyword research to ensure content is continually optimized with search trends
- Collaborate with eCommerce, Sales and Creative teams to oversee new product launches, implement new site pages and update content
- Monitor daily order flow on eComm accounts and coordinate with our Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve any issues
- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales and performance KPIs - including revenue & conversion data, OOS rates, traffic drivers, search term analytics, etc. - to understand current performance drivers, forecast sales trajectory and make recommendations to optimize product engagement
- Keep tabs on competitive landscape and review current product catalog to assess areas of opportunity for new products, bundles or sizes
- Serve as primary point of contact for Amazon, Wayfair, Dillard's and our other partner channels for new item setup, product changes and discontinuations and account maintenance issues
- Stay up to date on industry best practices
WHO YOU ARE
- 2-3 years of experience managing an online marketplace business
- Knowledge of platforms: Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Overstock, Wayfair
- Must have a passion for interior design and home goods, as well as prior experience working in this field. When you apply, please make sure to mention all the experience you have with home goods companies (e.g., bedding)
- Excellent English skills and meticulous in proofreading
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or another platform that can be used to design your own graphics as needed; familiarity with web design and publishing
- Ability to work well within a team environment, helping and supporting tea
- Ability and willingness to independently learn new tools, products or technology and make recommendations on trends to support the business
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices
- Working knowledge of industry performance metrics
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and professional with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
