Administrative:
Check HR email and triage request.
Announce and place on HR calendar EE- Birthday and Earlier Payroll processing dates.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Leadership Executives
Enter Payroll

Recruitment:
Schedule and coordinate phone, onsite, and virtual interviews.
Post job description for open role
Collected and e-file applications
Manage internal ATS

New Hire:
Send New Hire Email
Add New Hire to Slack, WebPT, Email Groups
Send Employee Handbook & Offer Letter via Justworks for signature.
Flag 30/60/90- day Evaluation Period
Create Employee Record in google drive

Manage Credential Documents for PT

Students Affiliation:
Follow up with the Clinical Director regarding finalizing incoming student details such as location/schedule.
Send students welcome emails and add them to the calendar.
Update student portal with open Affiliation


Data Analytics Reports:
Pull Analytic Reports
Updating current reports
Analysis reports and provide management insights. Candidates should be able to identify problems and come up with solutions.
Provide data analysis to support delivering business results, improving service delivery, maintaining compliance and reporting


Google / Sharepoint Site Management:
Build a company sharepoint site via google.
Build and organize document Library
Catalog Training Documentation and video
Build site pages based on company needs and sharepoint best practices.
Responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our Intranet presence from layout to function to ensure high acceptance / usage rates.

Required Skill:

Workflow & Process Development and Documentation
High level of written and verbal skill in English
Able to take direction and develop the concept fully
Background and understanding in healthcare at the clinical level
Be able to run a process independently while updating management on a daily/weekly basis
Work Evolve's business hours (EST)
Be able to communicate well and be engaging in Zoom/Google Meet calls with your camera on
Have a basic understanding of Graphic Design to create internal communications
Proficiency in working in a CRM environment. Evolve's CRM is Keap
