TELEHEALTH RN / LPN / LEVEL 2 (WFH)

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for receiving all incoming calls and directs appropriately and professionally.
• Assures smooth and orderly onboarding of clients and works with lawyers to schedule meetings, coordinate screening surveys, and collect information

Must-Have:
• Registered Nurse based in the Philippines
• Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
• Strong Customer Service background in a call center environment
• Attention to detail, dependability, concern for others, and stress tolerance
• Ability to manage and manipulate data and reporting on Excel and other software
• Extremely organized person and has excellent English-Speaking skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule including weekends
