Self-Motivated Amazon Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Amazon VA to join us! If you have diverse experience with selling on Amazon, love and know the systems and softwares and are motivated by solving problems instead of executing tasks, then this is the position for you!

Our Company:
We are a 9-year-old e-commerce company based in San Juan Puerto Rico. We manufacture, import and sell a wide range of apparel and accessories on ---------- . The products are sold under multiple brands and range from clothing, socks and soft accessories. We are a market leader in many product categories such as athletic socks, yoga socks, swim shorts, bathrobes and many more.

The business is managed by the founder, a director of strategy & optimization and logistics director and supported by a business analyst and an awesome team in the Philippines, Turkey and China. You would report to the Keyword and Launch Manager but also to others depending on the project.

Who you are
We are looking for a detail oriented and self-motivated person to manage and execute a wide range of tasks and projects within marketing, keyword research, administration, customer support and catalog management.
You enjoy being a ‘jack of all trades’ and are motivated by learning new things. You’re a team player and used to reporting on your work.
We are not looking for someone to simply execute on tasks, but a person who can identify problems, gain an understanding of them, and then solve them in an effective way. You will be given challenges and responsibilities and expected to proactively deliver solutions and results without the need for much follow up.

Here are specific things you will work on:
Upload copy, images, EBCs and videos to product listings through Seller Central
Produce and schedule around 40 Amazon posts per week
Creating virtual product bundles
Constantly scanning our listings for areas of improvement and reporting them to the right tea ---------- mbers
Doing basic keyword research using Data Dive and Helium 10
Update Amazon storefronts and Shopify sites when new products launch or old products are discontinued
Assist with flat file uploads as needed
Split test main images and EBCs and use the outcomes to improve our listings
Check and maintain our Amazon Canada listings
Customer support
Uploading product videos to our YouTube channels
Assist with other (administrative) tasks as needed

We work mostly asynchronously using Slack and Asana, however you must be okay with occasional early morning or late evening calls to connect with the team in the Philippines, Europe or on the US East Coast. For this role, there might be a need for certain core hours.

Traits / Experience We're Looking for:
Organized, analytical and self-motivated
2+ years of experience with ----------
Fluent in English written and spoken
Proven experience in keyword research
Some graphic design experience is preferable, but not an absolute requirement
Friendly, easy-going, trustworthy and communicative
Motivated: Must be willing and able to occasionally work up to 60 hours per week during busy periods
· Travel: will travel to the Philippines 1-2 times per year for our team get-togethers (unfortunately, this is on hold for the time being due to the pandemic).

What we offer
· Pay: up to 1,200 USD per month depending on experience and skills with the potential for a 5-10% year-end target bonus. For the right person, there is opportunity for advancement and taking on additional responsibilities.
