Looking for someone with experience with being an assistant/project manager. Tasks would include handling inquiries, preparing presentations, and building and maintaining great customer relationships. You must be well-organized and must possess excellent communication skills. Job will require you calling in customers and explaining our processes over the phone and zoom calls.
Job tasks include:
- Must speak fluent english, excellent communication skills and be able to call into USA with a clear connection at all times
- Managing the leads and responding to inquiries
- Assisting clients in tailoring their products and providing recommendations that will best suit their needs
- Creating presentation decks after obtaining the needed details from the customers
- Project management including submittals, change orders, cost spreadsheets, put together briefings, etc.
- Interaction with clients throughout project.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator and Photoshop
