JOB SCOPE:

Response to telephone, chat & email inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality input.
Deliver good customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:

Must have completed at least 2 years in College (any course, no back subjects).
Atleast 1 year BPO experience.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer and internet navigation skills..
Amenable to work in Ortigas and in shifting schedules.
Can start ASAP
