Job Summary

The Ecommerce Administrator will be a pivotal member of the ecommerce team responsible for data analysis and reporting to key stakeholders to achieve business objectives. This role is responsible for providing regular detailed analytics, insights and recommendations on all digital channels.
Responsibilities
• Analyse data & inventory position to identify styles requiring ecommerce enrichment for branded websites, dropship and/or key customers
• Run reports to prioritize ecommerce enrichment requirements
• Work with vendors & brand directors to gather & store product data & copy information
• Work with vendor portals, internal photography department & warehouse teams as needed to gather and/or update required images, ensuring they are saved in our filing system accordingly.
• Update styles in RLM with ecommerce images and copy, make them Web Ready
• Monitor & ensure all styles are sent to the various ecommerce feeds correctly
• Maintain ecommerce data tables (Shopify Product IDs, Ecommerce Tech Features, etc.)
• Prepare product upload templates for Marketplace(s)
• Assist with creating and maintaining ecommerce team tracking documents
• Provide assets to key customers & reply to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Collaborate with & assist other departments as needed for reporting, image & copy requirements
• Maintain & update MSRP & markdown pricing for websites and/or Marketplaces as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in Footwear Industry, wholesale and/or online retail preferred
• Proficient Excel experience and the ability to generate reports, familiarity with Pivot Tables and V-Look ups is a must
• Must have knowledge of footwear (types, materials, specifications, etc.), or willing & quick to learn
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Able to multi-task & prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (both written & verbal)
• CMS experience is an asset
• Must be able to navigate & use online tools & portals, such as Cloud Drives, PIMs, B2Bs, etc.
