Web Development Project Manager

We are in need of a WEB DEV PROJECT MANAGER who will be assisting us in the daily operations of the company from 12:00 nn to 9:00 pm (Manila Time).

We are seeking a results-driven web project manager to lead the development of our company's website. You will be collaborating with our IT team on the website's conceptualization, guide the team through the product development stages, and oversee the live deployment of our website.

To ensure success as a web project manager, you should possess extensive experience in website design and the ability to lead web development initiatives. A first-class web project manager will be someone whose expertise in web design translates into an innovative online presence.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:

- A minimum of 1+ year experience in web development project management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills to work with clients & in-house designers & developers.
- Supremely organized and able to work under tight deadlines; time management skills are essential.
- Provide technical architecture leadership in relation to new project discovery, design, development, and deployment.
- Solid technical understanding of application development and web technologies
- Understanding of data structure methodologies, technologies, and standards.
- Knowledge of User Experience & User Interaction theory.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Logical and analytical approach to critical thinking and problem solving.
- Good people person with a positive attitude.
- Collaborative team player.
- Confidence to tackle issues swiftly, professionally, & autonomously.
- Must work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with project management software/ task management and time tracking systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- In-charge of responding to client’s queries on a timely manner
- Assisting and reviewing development of project scopes, considering resources, and technological constraints including cost estimates with consideration to business impacts and identified risks
- Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements. This includes wireframing, sitemaps & scope of work
- Defining project scope and giving clear instructions to design and development team
- Clarifying and communicating project objectives and success criteria to team
- Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities
- Assuring that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget
- Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to Account Managers
- Effectively applying our methodology and enforcing project standards
- Ensuring that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Collaborating with SEO team, developers, and other parties involved to establish the vision and analyzing tradeoffs between - usability and performance needs
- Ensuring that approved requirements are developed in sufficient scope and detail that will result in the delivery of a solution that meets customer needs as they perceive them
- Attending client meetings as required
- Assisting with developing quality assurance processes, documentation, and testing where needed
- Identifying and managing project risk
- Maintaining awareness of the current industry environment that shapes opportunities for client solutions
