CSR for Order Support

Earn: 18k basic + 2.2k allowance + 7k monthly incentive + night diff

This is for an inhouse company in "eCommerce" printing industry.
"Only 2 levels of interview"

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School grad, college level or college graduate.
-Excellent communication skill
-Computer literate
-BPO experience, preferred but not required.
-Open to work in night shift in EDSA, Mandaluyong.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a genuine connection with the clients, identify customer concerns and needs proactively
- Completely resolve customers and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved in one call
- Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant customer service executives.
