Admin Assistant for Leading Amazon L&D Company

We're looking for a bright, switched-on, customer service focussed Member Coordinator to join our growing team to help support to our members.

Main responsibilities include:
• Answering incoming email queries
• Moderating our social media groups
• Providing guidance to members where needed
• Live zoom call management
• Managing our weekly newsletter
• Assisting with member renewals
• Other administration tasks

Must have:
• Very good written English, and good spoken English
• Pro-active customer service approach
• Great attention to detail
• Good organisational and administration skills
• Trustworthy and confidential

Desirable but not essential:
• Experience providing support to Amazon businesses

Seller Systems is a leading Amazon learning & development business based in the USA. This administration role is to support our Inner Circle private members. For more info please go to ---------- and ---------- /innercircle

We are a global team based in across the USA, Europe and Australia. We are happy to consider applicants from any location, however there will be a requirement to attend live calls that start anywhere between 4pm and 9pm EST. Calls can last for 90 minutes to 5 hours in duration.

We would love to welcome the right candidate into our team on a long term basis. An initial one month probation period will apply, and 25 hours per week with the option to increase based on workload.
