JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! Our 7 figure Ecom Company is looking for a CS - dispute assistant who will help us handle cases in Paypal / Shopify and Klarna. This agent will be trained by the Dispute Manager and will work under her. The agent should have experience in handling disputes in the past (Paypal or other chargeback cases)

We are looking for someone who is:
- Responsive
- Hardworking
- Willing to learn
- Dedicated and willing to work an extra mile

Some tasks of Dispute Agent are:

- Checking all the number of disputes
- Send appropriate evidence to win the chargeback.
- Record all the emails from the customer as evidence.
- Email and solve the case as much as possible to the customer to close the case.

The Starting rate of the job is $3.50 per hour with a potential increase depending on your performance. Please send your application together with your resume
