We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Person to join our team. You will be responsible for working with the Canva artist to schedule posts, create captions and hashtags which are relevant and will boost interaction. Monitor results of our posted content to determine best and worst performing posts (so that we can re-create success). Strategize to increase brand awareness as well as improve Marketing efforts to increase followers and platform users.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain and contribute to the captions & hashtags on the Content Calendar
• Schedule the posting of the content calendar up to 2 weeks in advance via Hootesuite or Buffer.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media content.
• Work with team to ensure content is on point
• Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Interact with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
Requirements and Qualifications
• Our account needs to be a priority. 1 hour a day required 7 days a week. Having a good working relationship with our
Canva artist is critical.
• Daily requirement will be split between:
• Updating caption or hashtag revisions content hub
• Interacting with followers
• Interacting with new potential followers
• Reporting best/ worst posts (most likes/ least likes/ top reach/ least reach/ hi comments/ low comments/ highest impressions/ lowest impressions. We will look at this weekly.
• Understand how to interpret results of Social Media reporting from different platforms, so that we can duplicate success.
• 2-3 years of experience social media marketing, or similar role (examples from past accounts you have worked on).
• Excellent knowledge of
• Working knowledge of the fashion industry to understand market trends, and upcoming industry-focused special events.
• Engagement to increase followers
• Experience with doing audience persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent English: written communication and punctuation
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Prefer if you can work 8am Manila time – 2x a week for meetings
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• BS degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred but not
