General Virtual Assistant (Long term)

I am on the hunt for a Rockstar General - Virtual Assistant (Long term - 40 Hours/week)

If you are organised and flexible, then you are the one for this role.

Firstly ... Some Basic Requirements You Will Need.

You should have:
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• A fast computer/laptop and at least 15MBPS internet speed (a necessity).
• Familiarity with Facebook & Instagram.
• Familiarity with basic editing software Canva.
• A keen eye for details.

You should be:
• Smart, organised, adaptable, flexible, and have integrity.
• Be a team player & looking to be apart of this full time for the next 5, 10 + years


What is involved in the role?

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage social media platforms & incoming leads.
• Editing & posting content on Facebook and Instagram.
• Sending emails to appropriate audiences.
• Maintaining content on our membership website.
• Maintaining client records by updating account information in our CRM.
• required to attend tea ---------- etings.
• Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain a daily, weekly, monthly social media calendar.


Location: Home Based.
