Collections Specialist (Soft Calls Only!)

We're an Australian company looking for a new hero to join our dayshift team from the comfort of your own home.

We are looking for someone to fill the role for one of the best debt collection jobs on the market! Soft calls only!

Your role is to contact your client's clients to remind them of payment being due. This is a voice account requiring you to make outbound calls together with email follow-ups and recording of notes in the database.

This opportunity is perfect for you if you're comfortable with speaking in English with a neutral accent, enjoy talking on the phone, have excellent customer service skills, are organised, attentive to detail, can work under minimal supervision, and are responsible for personal results.

We require that you have excellent English verbal communication skills, initiative, a strong work ethic, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.

Home office requirements:
Quiet place for working
Noise cancellation headphones/headset
Computer or laptop with the following specifications:
- CPU: Intel Core i3 or higher
- Memory: at least 4GB
- OS: Windows 7 or higher / MacOS Mojave or higher
Internet connection (wired or wireless) with at least 15MBPS download speed
Back-up:
- Smartphone that has at least 4GB memory
- 10MBPS internet/data connection
