English Teacher for Japanese Students (Homebased)

Overview
We’ve been looking for a Filipino teacher ( Home-base ). No experience needed as a thorough training will be provided. ( NOTES: We do NOT hire STUDENTS. STUDENTS DO NOT APPLY )

Company Background.
My company started in Nov, 2018 and we currently accommodate about 70 students. I intentionally keep my company small, which enables me to help my students the best way possible. ( NOTES: all my students are adults )

Rate
-15 day probation - 5,000 pesos for training
-Official employment; 19,000 pesos for 160h
-Promotion: if you work with us for a year, you will get a raise and get paid 23,000 pesos per month.

Payment ( fixed salary )
The payment will be made via PayPal twice a month.

Training
Once you’re hired, you’ll be given access to the doc with self-training videos. You’ll watch these videos and self train every day. Plus, you’ll be trained by Yuji himself, the pro teacher with credentials such as…

a.TOEIC R/L 990
b.TOEIC S/W 400
c.TOEFL 114
d.IELTS 8.5
e.7 years of teaching experience
f.Owner of a 6 figure business

Schedule
You’ll be working a late afternoon and evening shift ( 4pm~12pm JAPAN STANDARD TIME ( jst ).

Extra Notes.
Please note that this is not a part time job. This is a full time job and you’ll be working for 4.5h~5.5h EVERY DAY. Your schedule will be decided a day before. If you need a day off, you can request for one ( must be done a week in advance). Having no day off may sound tough, however, it is not as overwhelming as you’d think.
