Full Time Creative Director

We're a fast moving Lead Generation company that is growing exponentially and we need a Creative Director to join our team!

We are currently focussed on the health insurance, debt, solar, windows weight loss verticals but also all vericals

The overall goal of this role:

To ensure we have high performing unique creatives created each week for our Facebook, TikTok & YouTube media buyers.
_______________________________________________________________________________________

To be successful in this role you will be able to take an existing video that we provide and use it as inspiration to create our own unique video. This will require you to rework/switch up the script, have it recorded, source unique footage and put it all together.

Each video will be 60-90 seconds long and ideally we are looking for 6 new videos a week.

Desirable Skills (you do not need to be an expert in all of these - we are happy to outsource the parts you can not do, you just need to project manage it)

Script Writing
Voice Over
On Camera Acting
Video Editing

Qualities We Look For:

Initiative - as you become familiar with the type of video we are looking for we would love to see you go out and find new examples of videos to show us. Another example might be finding a house on your street that is having solar installed and asking the home owner if you could take some photo's or video of the install.

Remote Team Work - we are a geographically dispersed team so you will thrive in a remote working environment.

Strong Communication Skills - our industry is fast paced and things can change daily so you need to be checking in regularly.

Willingness to Learn & Adapt - to be a good fit you need to be able to think outside the box and the drive to keep learning and adapting!

This is a key role and we envisage the role growing to the point where you are managing a creative team beneath you.

Must be willing to work 8am - 5pm PST.
