We are a fast growing Ecommerce Agency seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team for the role of Operations Manager.

Position: Ecommerce Operations Manager

> Remote Work
> Schedule - CST Timezone (Partial Flex Is Possible)
> Salary $1,200-2,000 USD (depends on experience)

Experience:
- 2+ Years in Ecommerce Operation or Management
- Great Communication, Leadership Skills, and Critical Thinking
- Someone who likes to win at all costs and is rewarded for hard work.

Responsibilities:
- Support and report directly to company leadership.
- Establish and improve processes, develop SOP's, etc.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the Customer Support Team
- Manage Supply Chain Sourcing, Logistics and Inventory Management
- Expanding existing teams, creating new team divisions, and assisting in hiring processes.
- Establishing Reports and Performance Monitoring
- Manage an international team.
- Adaptable to new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
